Meet Format:  Modified Capital Cup

Duplicate sets of all apparatus except Floor

Warm up in between routines

Session 1 Jr B & Sr A

Session 1 Roster

Report Time 8:00am

Open Stretch and Bar Settings 8:00-8:30am

March in announcements and National Anthem 8:30-8:40am

Warm Up and Competition 8:40-11:40am

Awards 11:45

Session 2 Jr C & Sr B

Session 2 Roster

Report Time 11:50

Open Stretch and Bar Settings 11:50-12:20pm

March in announcements and National Anthem 12:20-12:30pm

Warm up and Competition 12:30-3:40pm

Awards 3:40pm

Session 3 Jr A & Sr C

As you enter Passaic County Institute you will enter a large foyer.  The gym will be on your left and an auditorium rented for awards only will be on your right.  Coaches can you please direct your parents to exit the gym at the conclusion of each round report to the auditorium for awards.  Please remember to bring your Pro Member and Safety Certification Card or a print out from USAG showing your Professional Membership and Safety Cert. date.
