registration form must be filled out for regionals, so please
have all your gymnasts' information with you |

Age Groups
- 8-11, 12, 13, 14, and 15+. The age of your gymnast is
determined by May 9, 2004, the date of
Level 8 Regionals. |

Vault and
Bars-There will be 2 identical sets of equipment. Warm-up
on one set then touch and compete on the other. The equipment
will be in separate areas. Equipment will be Spieth Anderson
Super wides. |
|
Beam -There
will be 2 identical Beams. True capital cup format. Warm-up on
one set
and compete on the same set. Judges will rotate judging beams.

adjustable beams. |

Floor -
There will be 1 regulation floor and 1 tumbling strip. The
kids will get their
tumbling time on the strip and will be doing their touches in
between competitive
routines. Spieth Spring Floors. |

Driving Directions:
From Western New Jersey
Take 78 East, 22 East or 24 East. Follow the
Newark Airport and 1&9 signs. At Newark Airport follow the 1/9 signs south
to Elizabeth/North Avenue East/Seaport. Follow signs to Seaport and Ikea
From Northern New Jersey
Follow Garden State Pky. South until Union
Tolls. Follow 78 East to Newark Airport, then 1/9 South to Elizabeth/North
Avenue East/Seaport. Follow signs to Seaport and Ikea.
Or Route 17 South to Route 80 East to New
Jersey Tpke. Exit 13A NJ Tpke. and follow directions from 13A below.
From South New Jersey
Take to New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 13A
and follow directions from 13A below.
Getting off at Exit 13A:
Get off at exit and follow sign for Ikea Drive-Elizabeth Seaport. As you follow
these signs you will be crossing over the Tpke. and continue traveling and this
road until you see the signs for Ikea, Toys R Us and RexPlex. Make left onto
this road (Ikea Drive). Follow this road around until you see Toy R Us on your
left, Ikea ahead of you and RexPlex (red building) on right. Park in front of
building.
