Our Philosophy

At Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics we believe that gymnastics training provides the best possible foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, and coordination, the basics of all sports. Here at Eastern National Academy, we aim to develop, in each student, self discipline, self confidence, and enthusiasm, as well as gymnastics skills.

Our Expertise

Craig Zappa (pictured at right) is co-owner and director of ENA Paramus. Craig has done gymnastics his entire life in the state of New Jersey. He was a competitive Class I gymnast before he started his coaching career. Craig came to ENA in 1995 to further his gymnasts career with Rich Seikunas. Rich and Craig opened ENA Paramus in February 1998. ENA Paramus has grown into one of the premier gymnastics schools in New Jersey. ENA Paramus, under Craig Zappa has had state and regional champions as well as National Team members.

Our Facility

Located in Paramus, New Jersey, our new facility is 12,000 square feet of the latest and most innovative equipment gymnastics has to offer. A bi-level gym with a beautiful solid oak railing, this facility can train anyone from a curious tot to a high level athlete. Resi-lite pits effectively teach many skills performed on the uneven bars, vault, and off of a power tumbling strip. A fully padded in-ground trampoline, two large balance beam stations, and an oversized spring floor make learning fun and easy for any gymnast.
