| ENA's facility in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is 12,513 square feet of the most advanced gymnastics equipment available today. Our popular free-foam pit and resi-lite pits allow for the safe training of beginner to top level skills. The free foam pit accommodates vaulting, tumbling, uneven bars and balance beam training, and the in-ground resi-lites are utilized for tumbling, bars, and beam work. | |||

Athletes learn safely and effectively on our equipment, which includes 8 balance beam stations, up to six bars stations, an oversized spring floor mat, an in-ground fully padded trampoline system, and a 30-ft tumble track. Overhead spotting belts are found above the trampoline and uneven bars to assist with new and more difficult skills. |

Rich Seikunas is the Head Coach and Owner of ENA Pompton Plains. Rich has owned and directed a gymnastics academy since 1974, when he opened the first large scale gymnastics school in the Metro NY area. Over the years he has maintained a high level of excellence in the gymnastic community. He has had a state championship team virtually every year he has coached. Rich has also produced five USA National Team members. He is a well recognized coach, who has received many honors, including being named USA Gymnastics "Coach of the Year." | ||
