Mini-Olympics

2004 Dates : June 7th through June 12th

At the end of each gym school year, ENA proudly holds the "mini-olympics," a fun-filled performance in which our students show friends and family members what they have learned at ENA during the year.

The students march into the gym in true Olympic fashion, each class with a flag representing its own country. After march-in and a choreographed warm-up, the students will rotate to all six of the gymnastics events, including the balance beam, mini-trampoline, floor exercise, uneven bars, vault, and the trampoline. (Boys add pommel horse, parallel bars).

Our students, assisted by their instructor, will perform six short routines... a compilation of only some of the gymnastics skills they have accomplished throughout the sessions.

A closing ceremony will follow, in which the students will receive gold medals for their hard work during the year.  Don't forget those video and still cameras, and to invite your friends and family! It's a great time for your child to proudly demonstrate what gymnastics has taught him/her!
