ENA will begin registering for Fall 2009 classes on April 20, 2009 for students currently enrolled in classes and will begin open enrollement on May 4, 2009.

The preschool and kindergarten programs provide specifically designed enjoyable classes for children 1 1/2 through 5 years old. These classes guide the child in his/her motor development. The classes last 50 minutes and the teaching ratio is approximately 7 children to 1 instructor. To best serve the rapidly growing children, the program is divided into 3 age groups: Parent Tot, 3 years old, and 4/5 years old.

These classes, utilizing our spring floor, in-ground trampoline, and tumble track, are designed to give your cheerleader the extra advantage they need in todays competitive cheer world.

Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics runs a general gymnastics program for children 5 years and older. Our main emphasis is on safely learning fun gymnastics. ENA's general program class lasts 1 1/2 hours long and meets once per week. Each week the classes take part in a 15 minute stretch period, 3 different gymnastics events and a 15 minute strength period. Girls' events include: Tumbling, Mini- Trampoline, & Balance Beam or Trampoline, Uneven Bars, & Vault.

Boys follow the same program, but utilize boys' equipment such as rings, pommel horse, parallel bars, etc.

Our program is perfectly designed so that your child can develop the strength, coordination, and balance that he/she can use in all physical activities. In addition, the classes build self-confidence and give our students the chance to try out our fun-filled sport in a safe environment.

ENA is State, Regionally and Nationally known for our award winning competitive program.We offer the opportunity to compete at all levels of gymnastics. From first time competitors to nationally ranked gymnasts, ENA has it all.

This class is specially designed for children ages 6-12 who want to come more than the 1.5 hour general class but do not want to compete in gymnastics. The class is held on Mondays from 5:00- 7:45.

ENA’s United All Stars compete through out the State of N.J. and attend National competitions that can be anywhere in the country. Our high standards will push our athletes to be the best in the area. We take pride in being able to transform all cheerleaders into true champions. We divide our chher team into 2 different groups; Youth ages 8-11 and Senior ages 11-18.
